DIVIDE YOUR TIME

A sure way to design a lesson for total time teaching in Sabbath School is to divide the time into four equal parts. If you have one hour, each part would be 15 minutes. Each of these 15-minute segments can be designed for one of the learning styles and will answer the learning question for that style.

Returning to the clock-face or pie chart. The entire face represents one hour. So in talking about the time for total-time design, we start the learning cycle at one minute past the hour.

GETTING STARTED
Common sense, style-three learners need to start the lesson on time, without delay. If they come to Sabbath School and find nothing to do, nothing going on, they will leave; you may not get them back. They may not leave physically, but will check out mentally. So preferably, get them involved when they arrive; let them see that the program has started on time.
